1. Ownership of Content

The website finhavenarc.com (the “Website”), our newsletter (the “Newsletter”), and the FinHavenArc Screener (the “Screener”), a free, open-source program available for download that delivers alerts through your own Telegram account, are provided by Jozsef Huszar, based in Hungary, European Union (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website and in the Newsletter, including text, articles, charts, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design and layout (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Hungarian, European Union, United States, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party software used to run the Website, such as themes and plugins, remains subject to its own license terms.

2. The Screener and Its Source Code

The source code of the Screener is published together with the program and is licensed under the MIT License (the “Open-Source License”). The full license text is included with the code, available at, and referenced on the Screener’s page. We encourage you to read it before you download or use the Screener. The Open-Source License, not Sections 3 and 4 below, governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Screener and its source code. Third-party libraries used in the Screener remain subject to their own licenses. The name “FinHavenArc,” the name “FinHavenArc Screener,” and the Website’s logos and branding are not licensed to you under the Open-Source License unless it expressly says so.

Alerts and results generated by the Screener on your device are produced by your own installation, with your settings and data sources. If you share or publish them, you are responsible for complying with the terms of your data providers and with applicable laws.

3. Copyright Notice and Reservation of Rights

© 2026 Jozsef Huszar. All rights reserved, except for the Screener’s source code, which is licensed as described in Section 2.

Except as permitted in Section 4, by the Open-Source License, or by applicable law, no part of the Website or the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, or scraped by any automated or manual means, including data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools, without our prior written consent. This includes the use of the Content to train, fine-tune, or populate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems. To the extent permitted by law, we expressly reserve our rights regarding text and data mining under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

4. Permitted Use and Sharing

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access, view, and download individual pages or articles for your personal, non-commercial, and informational use.

You may quote short excerpts of the Content (for example, a few sentences) or share a link to the Website or the Screener’s page, if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • you give clear attribution to finhavenarc.com;
  • you include a working hyperlink to the original page on the Website;
  • you do not alter the Content in a way that misrepresents its meaning or suggests that we endorse you or your products or services.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights you have under applicable law, such as quotation or fair use rights.

5. Third-Party Materials and Trademarks

Company names, ticker symbols, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Website, in the Newsletter, or by the Screener belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company, data provider, or platform we mention, including Telegram. Market data and other materials supplied by third-party providers remain subject to those providers’ rights, and we grant no rights in them.

6. Infringement and Enforcement

If our Content is used without authorization, we may take any action available under applicable law, including takedown requests and legal proceedings. Any dispute is governed by our Terms of Service.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material on the Website, in the Newsletter, or in the Screener’s code infringes your copyright, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • your name and contact details (address, telephone number, and email);
  • a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

We may remove or disable access to the material and may contact you for more information. If material is removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material as the law allows. Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
