Nothing on the Website or provided by the Screener constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or retirement advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Our goal is to help you understand your options, not to tell you what to do with your money.

finhavenarc.com is an independent publishing project. The Screener’s results and alerts are generated using general, predefined criteria defined in its source code and are not tailored to your objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance. An alert is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Alerts are derived from technical indicator conditions (for example, whether an indicator is above or below a threshold) calculated from third-party data. They do not contain, and are not a substitute for, market quotes or price data. Any scores shown are calculations defined in the source code, have not been independently validated, and are not predictions.

Market data and alerts depend on third-party data providers, Telegram, your own device and internet connection, and technical infrastructure, and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or missed entirely due to provider delays, outages, server failures, software errors, or other technical issues. We do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or availability of any data or alert, and you should not rely on them for time-sensitive trading decisions.
